LEAD Academic Network Committees Meeting on 6 Dec. 2024 sets work plan for 2025

On December 6, 2024, the LEAD Academic Network held its Committees’ Meeting, bringing together committee members and representatives from the Network. The event, hosted at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, was a celebration of progress, collaboration, and forward-looking vision.

Prof. Dr. Xuemei Yu, Chair of the Governing Committee, opened the meeting with heartfelt remarks, commending the Network’s growth since its inception and recognizing the executive team’s pivotal contributions to a successful 2024.

Prof. Dr. Chang Zhu, Director of the Executive Committee, provided an overview of the Network’s key activities over the past year. Notable achievements included the launch of the official website, lead-academic.net, the introduction of new promotional materials, advancements in research initiatives including a special issue development, and the successful implementation of training programs in collaboration with Shanghai University.

A highlight of the meeting was the adoption of the new committee members for the 2024–2025 term. The updated committee composition received unanimous approval and warm applause from attendees. The new team underscores the Network’s dedication to fostering inclusive and diverse academic partnerships.
