2025 LEAD Academic Network Annual Meeting & International Symposium

The LEAD Academic Network, in collaboration with the EU–China Higher Education Research Center (ECHE) at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, the University of the Western Cape, and the World Education Research Association International Research Networks (WERA IRN), is pleased to announce its 2025 Annual Meeting and International Symposium, to be held in Cape Town, South Africa.

This two-day gathering will serve as a key moment for the LEAD Academic Network community, bringing together members, partners, and invited experts to engage in in-depth discussions on key issues in higher education. The symposium will feature keynote talks, interactive sessions, and regional dialogues, with a focus on advancing international cooperation and academic innovation.

• Registration is free of charge.

• Participants must cover their own travel, accommodation, and related costs.

• A recommended hotel will be shared.

Deadline

• Registration deadline: 15 September 2025

• If there will be still registration places available, a second round registration may open until 30 September 2025.
